Evidence-graded diligence

The marketplace verifies revenue. Nobody verifies demand.

ScopeMRR grades the evidence behind TrustMRR listings before you wire five or six figures — acquisition dossiers and reverse-engineered playbooks where every material fact carries its evidence grade and a citation. Including the facts sellers would rather leave unresolved.

Diligence Report

A single-listing acquisition dossier: public demand evidence, seller-claim resolution, counter-evidence, and a candid list of what's still unresolved before you buy. When the evidence says don't transact, the report says don't transact.

Reverse-Engineered Playbook

A rebuild brief for the underlying business: job-to-be-done, channels split into disclosed vs independently reconstructed, economics scenarios, kill conditions, and an agent-native redesign — the cheapest experiment to run before writing any code.

What grading actually catches

Real findings from the first cycle — each one invisible on the listing page.

unresolved

A $1M-ask listing whose own daily-revenue table showed $0.00 for 30 straight days against a $98k monthly claim. Payment sync stale for five months.

unresolved

A "bargain" 0.21x multiple explained: the seller disclosed the displayed revenue belongs to a different venture on a shared payment account.

observed

A live price cut mid-diligence ($50k → $45k) and the seller's two public surfaces disagreeing with each other — caught because we re-fetch, not cache.

unresolved

A 90x gap between "100K+ active users" marketing and 1,115 actual paying subscribers on a half-million-dollar ask.

How a verdict earns its grade

Cited, or it doesn't ship

Every material fact resolves to a stored public source. Claims we can't support are labeled unresolved — never quietly dropped, never rounded up to true.

Seller math, re-run

Multiples and growth are recomputed from the listing's own numbers. When the cached figure doesn't reproduce, that contradiction becomes a finding.

Blocked is a verdict

EVIDENCE_BLOCKED means the burden is on the seller — not on your wire transfer. A diligence shop that never says "blocked" is selling vibes.
